Compliance Statement
Molloy College, by virtue of its membership with the NCAA, is fully committed to the principles of institutional control in operating its athletics program.
The Department of Athletics compliance program exists to coordinate, monitor and verify compliance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), East Coast Conference (ECC) and Molloy College rules and regulations. Further, it serves to educate the various constituencies of the College (e.g. coaches, prospective and current student-athletes, faculty, administration and alumni) and the surrounding community regarding governing legislation.
As a supporter of our intercollegiate athletics program, it is imperative that you understand and comply with our commitment to these rules and regulations as they are essential to the integrity of Molloy College.
Please note that the purpose of this website is to assist in the education process; however, complete coverage is precluded by the scope and complexity of NCAA legislation. Any additional questions should be directed to the Compliance Office or to the Director of Athletics.
