Timothy Murphy '01

Timothy Murphy grew up in Levittown, NY and attended Holy Trinity High School. At Holy Trinity, Tim was an outstanding student and lacrosse player. He attended Nassau County Community College and graduated with an Associate’s degree in Business. While at Nassau, Tim played in one of the top junior college teams in the country. He was twice selected as a Junior College (JUCO) All-American. Tim enrolled at Molloy and this was the start of a long line of great student-athletes to come to Molloy from Nassau County Community College.
During his two years at Molloy, Tim received All-Conference honors in 2000. Tim holds the number one and two positions for ground balls in a season and the Molloy career record.
In May of 2001, Tim graduated with a degree in Business Management and promptly moved to Virginia. He is currently employed as a Production Manager for Beazer Homes of Atlanta, Georgia. Beazer Homes is the six largest builder of homes in the country.
Tim currently resides in Gainesville, Virginia and married his wife, Priscilla Moss, on November 12, 2005.
