      <description>ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y. - For 2011-12, the Molloy College Department of Academic Affairs established an academic theme, entitled Building Community, based on the freshman-mandated novel, Outcasts United. The book focuses on a soccer-playing immigrant community in Clarkston, Ga. In an effort to help out the refugee team, the Department of Athletics will be joining the initiative by collecting used soccer items throughout the season. The men's and women's soccer squads began the engagement on Tuesday by assisting in Molloy's Community Day.</description>

Dowling College is the early favorite to win their second ECC title in as many years, amassing 59 points and five first-place votes.</description>
