Flushing, N.Y. - The women's tennis team concluded the road portion of the 2021 season at Queens College this afternoon, falling 7-0. With the loss, Molloy slid to 1-6 (1-3 ECC) while Queens improved to 4-2 (3-2 ECC)

The Knights took the doubles point to take the 1-0 lead.

Freshman Julie Ridel forced a tie-breaker set at #1 singles, responding with a 6-4 victory after falling 6-0. The Austrian fell, 10-4, in the tie-breaker.

Freshman Alyssa Baur, sophomore Hannah Niggemeier, and freshmen Brooke Williams all won sets for the maroon and white.

The Lions conclude the 2021 season tomorrow (Oct. 23) at Eisenhower Park against St. Thomas Aquinas College. Molloy will recognize Briana Gonzalez in it's Senior Day ceremony before the match kicks off at 10:00 a.m.
