Molloy University Athletics

Nickels took the helm of the women's rugby program in 2021 after working as an assistant coach for the 2019 season and playing a decorated career of three years as an NCAA varsity sport and one as a club program.

Her dedication to the program and performance on the field earned her the program's first All-American selection in 2017.

Off the pitch, Nickels works as a teacher assistant at Northern Parkway Elementary School.

A double alumna of Molloy College, Nickels holds a BS in psychology and a MS in elementary and special education.
